Shipping & Delivery

 

Most of the items that are shipped domestically will arrive either via UPS or FedEx.  Vixity LLC requires a signature on all packages.  Please ensure that there is someone to receive your order at the address you ship to.  In rare instances, UPS, FedEx or other carriers of choice will use their discretion and leave packages on porches and doorsteps. By accepting our policies, you also accept responsibility for packages left by the carrier. 

 

Due to specific weight and size restrictions, some of the products found on vixity.com may be delivered by a third-party freight company.  We do our best to indicate which items on our site are shipped via freight carrier, but this information may only be available after the item is ordered.

 

We strive to ship items as soon as possible.  Once an order is placed, our customer security team will review the order to ensure its validity and that it is free of fraud.  Once this process is completed, which can take up to 72 hours, and the order is passed to our warehouse, shipping usually occurs within 24 hours.

Privacy & Security
Vixity, LLC. ("Vixity") operates the website www.vixity.com; a shopping site with related services (the "Site"). Vixity respects your privacy and we want you to be confident in sharing your information with us. This privacy notice is designed to inform you of the types of information we collect from our customers, how we use that information, and the circumstances under which we will share it with third parties. This Privacy Policy is divided into two parts: (1) terms applicable to all users of Vixity's Site ("All Users"); (2) terms applicable to consumers who are only browsing or shopping for products and services on the Site ("Shopping Users").

Cookies:

Vixity does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer. We collect certain technical information to insure that our Site is working properly. For example, when you are browsing, we use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to help administer our Site. Cookies are used to help make your use of our Site more enjoyable. Vixity creates these cookie files on your hard drive through your browser and uses them to save information on your Vixity username, zip code and Site preferences so you can avoid re-entry of this information each time you visit our Site. Cookies also help us to deliver content specific to your interests.

IP Address:

Your IP address is also used at times to help identify you as you browse and to gather broad technical and demographic information on who uses our Site. We may provide third parties with statistics about our users, traffic patterns and related Site information. This data is collected from millions of user visits to our Site each month and does not contain any personally identifiable information.

Third Party Ad Servers

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy, the homepage of the Site, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via either email or by posting a notice on the Site for 30 days.

Shopping Users:

Zip Code:

In order to use the total price functionality on our site, (i.e. finding out total price including the cost of shipping and sales tax) we ask you for your zip code.

Email Address:

If you wish to register to our website, we require that you provide us with your email address.

Basic Contact Information:

When a visitor decides to become a registered user, we ask for some basic contact information (i.e. username, zip code and email address). We use this basic contact information to facilitate the use of certain features of our Site (e.g. total price and submission of seller reviews) and to send the user information about our company. We also use email addresses to communicate occasional offers from our partners and advertisers.

Complete Contact Information:

For the purpose of buying products from the site, we collect complete contact information, i.e. full name, address and phone number as well as credit card number and expiration date. This information is used by Vixity to validate the user's identity and to bill the user for services provided by Vixity. All credit card information is encrypted and, with the exception of our credit card processing service, is not shared with any third party at any time without your approval. The credit card processing company may retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for their internal purposes.

Use of Personal Information

To contact a user in response to a customer service question
To process credit card payments approved in advance by a user.
To share information about the Site if the user opts in to receive such communications.
To distribute occasional promotional material from our partners and advertisers if the user opts in to receive such communications.
To assist law enforcement or other governmental agencies investigating cases of possible illegal activities by third parties.
Accessing and Changing your Personal Information

For registered users, you can review your personal identifiable information by logging in with your email and password and then clicking on the "My Account" link located at the top right of each page. After accessing your My Account page, click the links under the General Account Information section to make changes as necessary.

Returns & Replacements
All returns must be accompanied by Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please contact our customer service at 888-485-5001 to receive your RMA number before sending your item.  Any return without an RMA number will be refused and returned to you.

 

You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 3% fee to cover the credit card processing charge. If your return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the cost of return shipping.  Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns not due to our error.

 

If the item you wish to return is opened, you may still return the item, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If the item is beyond the 30-day limit and/or has been used extensively, it cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Ordering

Vixity attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Vixity does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Vixity itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 30 days.

Cancellations
Vixity reserves the right to cancel any orders, prior to shipping, for any reason.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
